What happens after a match is made?

  1. Once the client selects the provider, the CM will click “match” next to the identified provider.

2. An automated email will be sent to the selected provider that says, “A client has selected you on Duett for this care request <request link>. You should now connect with the care manager to begin coordinating services.”

3. The Case Manager and/or provider can then make contact with each other to provide the information needed for the referral process.
