Why would I hide a case?

NOTE: It would be wise to hide a case from your dashboard if you know the case is not a good fit for your business or you cannot meet their needs a this time. It is meant to make the dashboard more efficient for your viewing.

1. Once in the case that you would like to hide, click the “hide case” toggle in the top right of the screen.

2. To find that same case, go to the dashboard and click “Show Hidden” toggle. All hidden cases will appear below.

3. If you decide you would like to unhide the case and see it again on the dashboard, click the case ID number to open the care request.

4. Toggle “Hide Case”

The Care request will appear back on the main dashboard.
