How do I reopen a care request that has already matched?

  1. From the Dashboard view, toggle the “Closed Matches”.

2. Find the care request which you would like to reopen and click the ID number.

3. Click “undo” next to the matched provider.

4. Select “Reopen”

5. Select “Undo”.

6. The care request will be posted back onto the Dashboard for all providers to see.
