Can I undo a matched case and reassign to another provider?

  1. Toggle “Closed Matches” and find the care request that is needing to be reassigned. Click the case ID number.

2. Click “Undo” next to the matched provider

3. Drop down & click “Reassign”

4. Find and click the provider the care request needs reassigned to

5. Click “Reassign”. An email will be automatically sent to the reassigned provider to notify them of the match. Next, the CM will email referral/demographic information to the newly matched provider for the referral process.
